Taiga Rescue Network (TRN)
Taiga Rescue Network (TRN) was established in 1992 to give a voice to those wanting to see sensitive development in the boreal region. Today more than 200 organizations are participants of the network. Canadian Parks and Wildnerness Society (CPAWS)
CPAWS is Canada's pre-eminent, non-profit wilderness protection organization.

Permaculture Institute
Located near Santa Fe, New Mexico, the Permaculture Institute was founded in 1997 as the sister organization to the Permaculture Institute of Australia. Their mission is to promote sustainable living skills through education, networking and demonstration projects.
